Services Overview

  • Trauma Counselling - For survivors of childhood trauma, complex trauma, emotional abuse, spiritual abuse, or distressing events. Together, we work gently at your pace to rebuild safety, identity, and self-worth.

  • BPD & Emotional Regulation Support - Support for Borderline Personality Disorder, emotional overwhelm, chronic emptiness, relationship instability, self-harm urges, and difficulties managing feelings. Integrating DBT-informed strategies, grounding tools, and compassion.

  • Anxiety & Depression - For persistent worry, low mood, burnout, or feeling stuck. Learn how to understand your emotional patterns, reduce distress, and regain balance.

  • Grief & Loss - Compassionate care for the loss of a loved one, miscarriage, separation, or major life changes. I honour your grief while helping you find strength and hope.

  • Adolescents - Safe, supportive counselling for teens navigating identity, school pressure, friendship issues, anxiety, depression, trauma, or family conflict.

  • Christian Counselling - I work respectfully with individuals from all faiths and backgrounds. As a Christian counsellor, I am able to incorporate Christian perspectives into counselling sessions if requested.

Trauma Counselling

Trauma impacts the nervous system, identity, relationships, and sense of safety. In therapy, we work slowly and gently, using grounding techniques, self-regulation strategies, and narrative exploration to help you reconnect with yourself.

I provide structured, validating, and emotionally safe support designed for those who feel "too much, "too overwhelmed, or "too alone".

Grief & Loss

Grief is not something to "get over". It's something to be honoured. Grief can be complex and multifaceted.  We move at your pace, exploring meaning, acceptance, and new forms of connection.​​

I offer gentle support for:

  • Death of a loved one

  • Miscarriage

  • Relationship breakdown

  • Sudden life changes

  • Loss of identity or purpose​

Goal of therapy:

​

Grief and loss counselling aims to help people understand their grief, express emotions safely, and learn ways to cope and move forward after loss.

Adolescent Counselling

Sessions focus on helping teens feel understood, seen, and valued.​

​

Teens receive:

  • A safe confidential space

  • Support for identity and confidence

  • Help navigating friendship issues

  • Tools for anxiety or emotional overwhelm

Christian Counselling

I offer Christian counselling for clients who wish to integrate their faith into the counselling process. This approach provides a supportive space where spiritual beliefs and values can be explored alongside emotional and psychological wellbeing. If faith is an important part of your life and healing journey, Christian counselling can offer additional support, meaning, and guidance.​

The goal of Christian counselling is to support individuals in addressing emotional, relational, and spiritual challenges while integrating their faith and values, fostering healing, personal growth, and a sense of purpose and hope.

What to Expect

Your first session is an opportunity for you to share your story, explore what you're hoping for, and begin shaping your therapeutic goals. There is no pressure - just a warm, safe, and supportive environment.

​

Session Length:

50 minutes

​

Modes:   

  • Face-to-face - To reduce costs, I rent counselling rooms as, when, and where needed. Counselling rooms I currently hire include Norwest, and St Leonards. Alternative venues may be available on request.

  • Online

  • Telephone.

Fees:

$110.00 per session - fees must be paid in full 24 hours before the session.

Cancellation Policy:

A full session fee applies to cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice
